Position Summary Help change the direction of MBA applicants' lives by joining a collaborative team of elite professionals in the MBA Admissions Office. Participate in the overall effort to market Stern's MBA programs by traveling throughout the world to recruit future business leaders. Spearhead the recruiting, marketing, admitting, and yield for the two new one-year specialized MBA to increase quantity and improve quality of applicant pool. Determine final form and content of all digital marketing, including website, email marketing, advertising, etc. Direct the application process to admit both Tech and Fashion & Luxury MBA classes. Provide key analytics and reporting on all MBA/Graduate admissions programs and markets to inform strategic decisions and direction. Qualifications The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master?s degree in Higher Education or MBA preferred) and a minimum of 7 years progressively responsible professional level experience in admissions, recruiting, or related student services area including supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven ability to direct and implement effective recruitment and retention efforts with quantifiable results is essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, strategic management and information systems skills are also required.
