We are looking for a dedicated, detail & guest oriented, curious, proactive, organized team player to work dinner service on weekends.
The sommelier should be versatile in all aspects of the FOH while providing support with the wine & beverage service on the floor and behind the bar.
The sommelier will also participate in tastings, seminars and staff trainings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality with at least 1 year of wine service experience. Preferably in a fine dining or Upscale restaurant. Must have a solid understanding of the basics of the wine, spirits and beverage world and a real desire to be a part of a 800+ selection wine list that provides some of the best wines the world has to offer.
